About the Company

Vedvan Ventures Pvt Ltd is an upcoming real estate developer focused on premium second-home destinations. To strengthen our channel-driven sales vertical, we are looking for an experienced female Sales Manager – B2B from a developer-side background only.

Role Overview

The Sales Manager – B2B will lead and expand the channel partner ecosystem, driving consistent sales through brokers, consultants, and strategic alliances across relevant real estate markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and grow channel partner (CP) networks
  • Handle B2B sales exclusively for developer-led real estate projects
  • Onboard, train, and activate new channel partners
  • Conduct channel meetings, site visits, and project presentations
  • Drive lead conversion, deal closures, and revenue targets
  • Maintain MIS, sales funnel, and CRM reporting
  • Coordinate with marketing and senior management for campaigns
  • Track competitor activity and market trends

Mandatory Candidate Criteria

  • Female candidates only
  • Developer background mandatory (real estate developers/builders only)
  • Minimum 5–8 years of B2B / channel sales experience
  • Proven expertise in handling and closing through channel partners
  • Strong broker and consultant network
  • Experience in premium, plotted, villa, or second-home projects preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills
