Key Responsibilities: * Sales Strategy and Planning: * Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue targets. * Set individual and team sales targets and quotas. * Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and economic indicators to adjust sales strategies accordingly. * Conduct market research and analyze data to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement. * Develop and execute marketing and advertising campaigns for new listings and projects. * Team Leadership and Management: * Recruit, hire, train, and onboard real estate agents. * Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and motivation to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance. * Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress, address challenges, and provide guidance. * Monitor individual and team performance, track sales figures, and interpret results. * Ensure the sales team has the necessary resources and tools to perform effectively. * Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. * Sales Operations and Execution: * Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
