Job Overview: We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead a team of sales executives and drive revenue growth through strategic planning, client acquisition, and relationship management. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities, industry knowledge, and a passion for achieving targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team performance goals Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the region Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain client satisfaction post-sale Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) 4–8 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Ability to lead and motivate a result-driven team
