Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market presence.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team across assigned regions.
  • Identify and build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and corporate clients.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales follow-up.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive activities, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop effective promotional strategies.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present monthly/quarterly sales reports to senior management.
  • Participate in exhibitions, business events, and networking activities to promote brand visibility.


Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

● 6–10 years of experience in sales within the Furniture, Interior, Modular Kitchen, or Home Improvement industries.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

● Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

● Ability to understand technical product details and present them effectively to clients.

● Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
