Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the US market. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services, meeting client expectations. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales decisions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines. Desired Candidate Profile 4-6 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry. MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any Specialization). Proven track record of success in consultative selling, pipeline management, CRM tools, negotiation, and data-driven sales strategy.
