Position: Sales Manager

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and scale a team of sales professionals
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for U.S. B2B client acquisition
  • Drive revenue targets and monitor overall team performance
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Analyze sales data, generate performance reports, and implement improvements

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required (Supply Chain or related field preferred)
  • Proven experience in sales management within the

    US 3PL logistics

    or transportation industry (mandatory)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking with a hands-on execution approach
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance tracking
