Sales Manager (Unsecured Business Loans)

As the Sales Manager for Unsecured Business Loans at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving the acquisition of business loans. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies, leading a team of sales executives and relationship managers, identifying new sourcing channels, and ensuring business growth through client acquisition in the MSME segment. You will also be responsible for monitoring team performance, analyzing market trends, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business loan disbursement targets. - Lead and manage a team of sales executives and relationship managers. - Identify and develop new sourcing channels (DSAs, connectors, digital leads, etc.). - Drive business growth through client acquisition in the MSME segment. - Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and conduct regular training sessions. - Coordinate with credit, operations, and risk teams for smooth loan processing and disbursements. - Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities. - Ensure adherence to credit policies and regulatory guidelines. - Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management. - Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. **Qualification Required:** - Any Graduate, MBA is an additional advantage. - 3+ years of experience in sales of unsecured business loans or SME lending. - Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure and in a target-driven environment. - Knowledge of local markets and industry trends.
