Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing Two Wheeler sales through the Dealer channel. Your role will involve empaneling new Two Wheeler Dealers, DSA, and DST in the market. Additionally, you will be accountable for the sales performance and productivity of the team. Conducting training sessions for all channels and the team on product, policy, and market changes will also be a part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will manage business promotional activities with the channels and ensure quality sourcing and a healthy portfolio by tracking channels and the team. Keeping a close watch on competitor products, policies, and market strategies will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit, train, and motivate the channel sales team - Achieve sales targets - Guide the channel sales team and introduce clients to them - Maintain knowledge on all bank products and services and assist in resolving customer queries - Develop new relationships with customers to increase revenue and accounts Qualifications Required: - Post Graduate preferred with 2-3 years of relevant work experience - Prior experience in channel management for a similar product Additional Details: No additional details provided in the job description.,
