Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager specializing in Trade Finance and Project Finance, based in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities include presenting solutions to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, staying updated with industry trends and market conditions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Trade Finance and Project Finance
• Sales Strategy Development and Business Development skills
• Client Relationship Management and Negotiation skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand financial documents
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
• Experience in the finance industry is a plus
