Position Overview: We are on the lookout for an energetic and goal-oriented Sales Professional to join our team. The role focuses on marketing and selling a range of products, including Textile Emulsions, Textile Binders, Lamination Adhesives, Pigment Emulsion, and PVA. The selected individuals will be tasked with devising effective sales strategies, managing customer relationships, exploring market opportunities, and hitting sales targets. A background in B2B sales with excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be key to thriving in this position. Key Responsibilities: • Create and implement sales strategies to drive the promotion and sale of products such as Textile Emulsions, Binders, Lamination Adhesives, Pigment Emulsion, and PVA.• Identify potential customers, cultivate leads, and convert them into long-term clients.• Foster strong connections with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.• Analyse market trends and customer demands to uncover new business opportunities.• Deliver engaging presentations and proposals to promote products effectively.• Coordinate with internal teams to provide timely and quality service to clients.• Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals.• Maintain accurate sales data and submit regular performance reports. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Textile Science, Business, Marketing or a related field. Competencies: • Significant B2B sales experience, ideally within the chemical, industrial, or textile sectors.• Familiarity with the product range or eagerness to quickly acquire knowledge.• Strong communication, negotiation, and team collaboration skills.• Ability to work autonomously while achieving results in a target-driven role.• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales platforms. Experience- Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, mandatorily in the chemical industry
