Role Overview

A dynamic Sales Manager to drive enterprise and retail sales of advanced telecom offerings, including 5G Fixed Wireless Access (FWA), broadband, and related value-added services. The ideal candidate will leverage strong domain knowledge and excellent communication skills to expand market share in the Vizag region.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Business Development: Identify, qualify, and acquire new enterprise and high-value retail customers for 5G and fibre-based telecom services.
  • • Solution Selling: Present integrated telecom solutions5G FWA, FTTH, IoT, private networks, and managed services—tailored to client needs.
  • • Account Management: Maintain and grow key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • • Market Intelligence: Track regional Enterprises market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies.
  • • Revenue Targets: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales quotas and profitability goals.
  • • Collaboration: Work closely with network engineering, marketing, and operations teams for proposal preparation, pricing, and service delivery.
  • • Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • • Experience: 5–6 years in B2B/B2C telecom sales with proven success in selling 5G, fibre broadband, or enterprise network solutions.
  • • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of 5G networks, fibre-optic technology, IoT, private LTE/5G, and managed telecom services.
  • • Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English and local languages (Telugu/Hindi preferred).
  • • Negotiation & Closing: Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and manage complex sales cycles.
  • • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret market data, create sales forecasts, and develop strategic plans.
  • • Travel: Willingness to travel across the Visakhapatnam region and nearby districts.
