About Teela:

Teela is a luxury glamping resort on the edge of the Aravalli Hills, offering exclusive domes, Airstream caravans, and curated experiences like Jungle Rasoi, sundowners, and wellness retreats. We stay small so your experience stays big.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a dynamic and well-connected Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Visit and maintain relationships with
domestic and international travel agents
, boutique travel planners, and destination curators.
Drive
corporate tie-ups, group bookings, and curated events
.
Handle all
B2B sales communications
, including emails, WhatsApp, and calls.
Create and execute monthly
sales strategies
with clear targets and reports.
Attend
travel expos, FAM trips, and networking events
on behalf of Teela.
Coordinate with the
marketing and operations teams
to ensure guest experiences align with brand promise.
Track leads from online and offline sources (Google, Instagram, referrals, etc.) and close deals effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

2–5 years of experience in sales within the
hospitality, travel, or luxury lifestyle
industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A people-person who loves to network and build long-term partnerships.
Self-driven, confident, and result-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
Ready to travel frequently within and outside Jaipur.
