Sales Manager / Team Leader(Holiday Package Division)

As a Sales Manager/Team Leader for Holiday Packages, you will be leading a team responsible for domestic and international holiday sales and operations. Your role will involve managing a team of consultants, ensuring smooth customer experiences, and driving high-performance sales to grow revenue and maintain service excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of holiday package consultants for domestic and international destinations. - Plan, delegate, and monitor daily sales and enquiry handling activities. - Ensure the team meets or exceeds individual and collective sales targets. - Train, motivate, and coach team members on product knowledge and upselling techniques. - Directly handle high-value clients and complex holiday bookings. - Monitor customer interactions to maintain a high level of service quality. - Coordinate with suppliers, DMCs, hotels, and local operators for package finalization and fulfillment. - Ensure accurate costing, itinerary planning, and documentation for all packages. - Promptly and professionally resolve customer complaints and escalations. - Submit regular performance reports to management and suggest process improvements. Qualifications Required: - 2 years of experience as a Team Leader for Domestic & International Holiday Packages. - Location requirement: Gurgaon, Haryana. - Work Location: In person.
