Job Description

As a Sales Manager for Retail loan products, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and achieve business targets through aggressive sales strategies and cross-selling efforts. You will be expected to enhance client relationships, retain and expand the customer base, and maximize sales through a strong network and relationships. In this role, you will need to develop and maintain strong liaisons with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end processing of loan files, from the login stage to disbursement, by collaborating with internal departments such as Operations and Credit. To optimize team productivity, you will lead a team of relationship managers, ensuring they are motivated and trained effectively to achieve team results and meet business targets. Collaboration with the team on ground lead generation activities will be crucial for successful sales. Staying updated on market trends and competitor intelligence will be essential for developing effective sales and marketing strategies. Your insights into the market, competition, processes, and products will be valuable for providing feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market. Moreover, maintaining compliance with all Audit, RBI regulations, processes, policies, and reports as per the company's systems is a critical aspect of this role. A Post Graduate or Graduate in any discipline is required for this position.,
