As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets for our 2 Wheeler and Premium Bikes segment in the retail banking department.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets for 2 Wheeler and Premium Bikes segment in the South region
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and other key stakeholders in the 2 Wheeler and Premium Bikes industry
• Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
• Train and mentor sales team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve their targets
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to develop and launch new products and promotions
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures
  

Requirements

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the 2 Wheeler and Premium Bikes industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• In-depth knowledge of the 2 Wheeler and Premium Bikes market in South India
• Ability to travel extensively within the region
