Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Malda. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales activities, achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, and expanding the customer base. Daily tasks include leading and motivating the sales team, monitoring performance metrics, building strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with other departments to enhance overall sales performance. The role also involves conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets
Proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies
Excellent leadership, team management, and motivational abilities
