Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager at SpazeOne, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our managed office spaces by generating leads, converting inquiries, and building strong client relationships. You will play a critical role in promoting SpazeOne’s workspace solutions to startups, SMEs, and corporate clients, ensuring occupancy targets and revenue goals are met. Key Responsibilities: Generate and follow up on leads from various sources including digital platforms, brokers, and walk-ins. Conduct site visits and presentations for potential clients, showcasing office features and benefits. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable workspace solutions. Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure proper documentation and onboarding. Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reports and forecasts. Build and maintain relationships with key brokers and channel partners. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless client experience post-sale. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Skills & Qualifications: Proven track record in B2B or real estate sales; experience in managed office or coworking space is a plus. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. High level of professionalism and customer-centric approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
