Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - Solar EPC at Mechatronik Renewables. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, establishing new business opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships in the solar energy sector.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of solar energy infrastructure and EPC processes
• Experience in project management and client relations
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Previous experience in the solar energy industry is a plus
• Ability to travel as needed
