Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Promotion:

    Present, promote, and sell the companys range of products to existing and potential customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and retail partners.
  • Sales Targets:

    Achieve assigned sales targets, ensuring growth and consistent performance in the assigned territory.
  • Market Analysis:

    Evaluate territory potential, analyze sales data, and prepare timely reports to track progress and opportunities.
  • Customer Support:

    Address and resolve customer concerns promptly to maximize satisfaction and strengthen partnerships.
  • Training and Development:

    • Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) and monthly Classroom Training Sessions for Beauty Advisors (BAs).
    • Deliver both Product Training and Skill Training (e.g., makeup techniques, sales process).
  • BA Motivation & Retention:

    Drive engagement initiatives to keep BAs motivated and ensure long-term retention.
  • Team Collaboration:

    Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, and HR) to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with brand objectives.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Educational Qualification:

    Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, or Personal Care sales.
  • Sales Expertise:

    Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a field sales environment.
  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Product Knowledge:

    Strong understanding of skincare, haircare, and makeup products, with the ability to simplify and communicate technical details effectively.
  • CRM & Analytical Skills:

    Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Training & Facilitation:

    Ability to simplify concepts, engage teams, and conduct impactful training sessions.
  • Time Management:

    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
