Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Acquire new SME customers through direct sourcing, DSAs, connectors, and market references.
Generate business for SME loans, Working Capital, Cash Credit (CC), Overdraft (OD), and other business lending products.
Develop and maintain relationships with business owners, manufacturers, traders, and other SME clients.
Identify customer requirements and provide suitable financial solutions.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
Conduct market visits to identify business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Ensure proper documentation, quality sourcing, and adherence to the organization's credit and compliance policies.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to drive growth.
