Key Responsibilities

• Business Development:

  Drive Micro LAP and LAP business, achieve monthly disbursement targets, and expand regional market presence.

• Geographical & Branch Management:

  Manage business operations across Madurai and Coimbatore, covering 13+ branches.

• DST Management:

  Build, manage, and strengthen the Direct Sales Team (DST) to generate quality business and improve sourcing productivity.

• Team Leadership:

  Lead and manage a large team of 3,000+ employees, ensuring productivity, target achievement, and effective field execution.

• Market Mapping:

  Identify new business opportunities, strengthen branch-level sourcing, and expand customer acquisition across the assigned territory.

• Portfolio Management:

  Monitor disbursements, sourcing quality, repayment performance, and portfolio quality.

• Cross-Functional Coordination:

  Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursements.

• Performance Monitoring:

  Review branch-wise business performance, sales pipelines, team productivity, and target achievement; share regular MIS updates with senior management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 5–8+ years of experience in Micro LAP, LAP, Home Loans, Mortgage, or Affordable Housing Finance.
• Strong experience in regional sales and multi-branch management.
• Proven expertise in DST channel management and large-team handling.
• Good understanding of secured lending, market mapping, and portfolio quality.
• Strong leadership, business development, and target achievement skills.
