Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing professional with a strong background in electrical control panels and switchgear products. The candidate will be responsible for business development, lead generation, customer relationship management, negotiations, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and marketing activities for LT Panels (MCC, PCC, APFC), HT Panels, LV/MV Switchboards, Starter Panels, PLC Panels, DG Synchronization Panels, Distribution Boards, and related electrical products.
• Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, market research, and customer acquisition.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, End Users (EUs), and corporate customers.
• Identify customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions for target market segments.
• Handle commercial negotiations, high-value contracts, pricing, and commercial terms.
• Build brand awareness and support the launch and promotion of new products.
• Maintain technical knowledge of electrical components such as MCBs, MCCBs, ACBs, and relays.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
• Manage customer accounts, generate repeat business, and achieve sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates directly to the GM and MD.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing of electrical control panels, switchgear, or related electrical products.
• Strong knowledge of LT/HT panels, LV/MV switchboards, and electrical components.
• Proven experience in lead generation, business development, customer relationship management, and commercial negotiations.
• Experience handling OEMs, end users, corporate customers, and high-value contracts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
