• Proven experience in sales management within financial services, NBFCs, banking, or insurance, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong skills in team leadership, performance management, and stakeholder coordination to drive regional sales outcomes.
• Demonstrated expertise in customer relationship management, negotiation, and consultative selling.
• Ability to analyze market trends, interpret sales data, and use insights to refine sales strategies and plans.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; a postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with financial products such as loans, insurance, and investment or wealth advisory offerings is highly beneficial.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and digital platforms for reporting and collaboration.
• Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and commitment to regulatory and policy compliance.
