Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Real Estate Sales Executives with a strong background in apartment sales. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills, along with a proven ability to close property deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle sales of residential apartments and achieve sales targets.
• Generate leads through calls, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Arrange and conduct property site visits for prospective buyers.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Negotiate with clients and close sales deals.
• Maintain customer records and provide regular sales updates.
• Coordinate with the marketing and documentation teams to ensure smooth deal closure.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in the real estate industry.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience in apartment sales.
• Proven track record in property sales and deal closures.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and handle clients independently.
• Willingness to work at the Kodambakkam, Chennai location.
• Comfortable working 6 days a week with 1 day off.

Salary Package: Up to ₹50,000 per month
