Role Description

Day-to-day tasks include coordinating the exsisting sales team, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The Sales Manager will coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve any customer issues. The role also includes preparing sales reports, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and contributing to sales strategies and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including experience in managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
• Candidates should have knowledge of the garment, textile, or fashion accessories industry, or a demonstrated ability to quickly learn product and market specifics.
• Candidates should demonstrate effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present products clearly and influence decision-makers.
• Candidates should have solid organizational and planning skills, including territory management, pipeline tracking, and basic reporting and documentation.
• Candidates should be comfortable with field work, client visits, and on-site coordination, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Relevant experience in sales or account management (preferably 3+ years) and a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field would be beneficial.
• Proficiency in English and local languages, along with basic computer skills (CRM tools, spreadsheets, email), would be advantageous.
