Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Business development:

    Identify and generate new leads for working capital loans among small businesses and self-employed individuals.
  • Sales and client management:

    Acquire new clients, manage existing portfolios, and cultivate long-term relationships.
  • Credit assessment:

    Evaluate the financial health of potential borrowers, including their cash flow, to ensure loan repayment capacity.
  • Loan structuring:

    Work with clients to structure working capital loans that meet their specific business needs.
  • Risk management:

    Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with lending to small businesses.
  • Cross-selling:

    Promote and sell other banking products and services to clients as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (Master’s or MBA preferred).
  • 5–10 years of experience in finance, treasury, or working capital management.
