1. Sales & Revenue GenerationAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for digital products such as digital cards, websites, and marketing services Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue Identify new business opportunities and potential clients (B2B & B2C) Upsell and cross-sell additional digital services to existing clients 2. Team Management & LeadershipRecruit, train, and manage the sales team Set individual targets for sales executives and monitor daily performance Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews Motivate the team to achieve and exceed targets 3. Client Acquisition & Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients Understand client requirements and suggest suitable digital solutions Handle key client accounts and high-value deals Ensure timely follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures 4. Sales Operations & ReportingMaintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and MIS reports Track leads, conversions, and revenue using CRM tools Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports to management Analyze sales data to improve conversion ratios 5. Marketing & Strategy CoordinationCoordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns Provide market feedback to improve product offerings Monitor competitor activities and market trends Suggest new digital products or pricing strategies based on market demand 6. Process & ComplianceEnsure adherence to company sales processes and policies Maintain ethical sales practices and brand reputation Ensure smooth handover of closed clients to the operations/technical team
