Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Sales Manager based in Rajkot. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and achieving business objectives. Key daily activities include identifying potential markets, developing sales strategies, engaging with prospective customers, and maintaining long-term client relationships. The role also involves analyzing sales metrics, overseeing team performance, and implementing effective training programs to enhance sales skills and productivity.

Qualifications

Strong sales and business development skills, including the ability to create and execute sales strategies.
Leadership and team management abilities to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
Proficiency in customer relationship management and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Proven problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making competencies in high-pressure situations.
Experience in insurance or related financial services is an advantage.
Good knowledge of local markets and an ability to identify and tap new opportunities effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Fluency in relevant local languages in addition to English is highly desirable.
