Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager located on-site in Bilaspur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and leading sales operations within the designated region. Daily tasks include managing a sales team, developing sales strategies, identifying new sales opportunities, and maintaining relationships with clients. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be responsible for setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring the achievement of sales goals through effective planning and guidance.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Sales Management and Sales Strategy development
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Capability to work on-site in Bilaspur
Relevant experience in the insurance industry is beneficial
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
