Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to expand market share within assigned verticals.Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and pursue leads through cold calling, networking, and customer visits within sectors like government, education, and research.Account Management: Build, manage, and grow relationships with key enterprise and data centre clients, ensuring retention and expansion of business.Channel Partnership: Manage relationships with channel partners and resellers, ensuring they are equipped to sell and support Netwebs solutions.Negotiation & Contracting: Lead negotiations with clients and partners, managing pricing, contracts, and service agreements to close sales effectively.Market Positioning: Position Netwebs solutions effectively to meet customer needs and differentiate from competitors.Sales Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including order management, pricing, and resolving any issues related to credit and returns.Marketing Support: Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate new leads and support brand positioning.Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and customer insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
Experience:7-8 years of proven experience in channel sales, specifically in selling hardware solutions (servers, storage, workstations) to data centers or enterprise accounts.Solid experience in cold calling, lead qualification, and relationship building with decision-makers.
Skills & Competencies:Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and manage objections.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to executive-level clients.Ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously, with exceptional organizational skills.Fluent in English (mandatory), with proficiency in local languages being a plus.Strong knowledge of the technology landscape and data center solutions.Proactive and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attributes:Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across different teams (sales, marketing, technical).Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.Highly motivated and driven by sales targets and achieving revenue goals.
