Job Description

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase room bookings including conference business.
Identify new business opportunities through corporate tie-ups, travel agents, event organizers, and online portals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Coordinate with banquet and operations team to ensure smooth execution of events.
Represent the hotels at trade fairs, travel shows, and networking events.
Prepare sales reports, revenue forecasts, and competitor analysis.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
