Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase room bookings including conference business.
  • Identify new business opportunities through corporate tie-ups, travel agents, event organizers, and online portals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Coordinate with banquet and operations team to ensure smooth execution of events.
  • Represent the hotels at trade fairs, travel shows, and networking events.
  • Prepare sales reports, revenue forecasts, and competitor analysis.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
