Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Coordinate with banquet and operations team to ensure smooth execution of events. Represent the hotels at trade fairs, travel shows, and networking events. Prepare sales reports, revenue forecasts, and competitor analysis.
