Key Responsibilities Daily work assigns & takes reporting in evening. Motivating team to complete their weekly task(enquiry, meets, ARC Visits) Set target to meet existing, New ARC & Builder with sales team. To sit with sales team to close sales & support team. To complete project in time. To get information of competitor’s quality, price etc. Sales strategies defining according to area. Visiting all branches time to time. Sales grow beyond existing T.O. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets for lifts, elevators, and modernization projects. Identify new business opportunities through networking, architects, builders and contractors. Prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders in line with client specifications. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Monitor competitor activities and suggest market positioning strategies.
