Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and analyzing sales data to optimize performance. The role also involves creating sales reports, conducting market research, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless sales process.

  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies and achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in sales analytics and reporting tools
  • Strong market research and business intelligence skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
