Job Description : Sales Manager (Water Tank Cleaning Services)
Responsibilities
Generate leads and convert them into sales for water tank cleaning services
Meet monthly revenue targets
Visit commercial, residential, and government clients
Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction
Manage and guide the sales team for daily follow-ups and closures
Coordinate with the execution team for smooth service delivery
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM/records
Identify new markets and opportunities for business growth
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of sales experience (cleaning or service industry preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of water tank cleaning processes (training will be provided)
Ability to travel for client meetings
Goal-oriented and good team leadership skills
