Key Responsibilities:

Sales Head- To develop Sales and Marketing Strategy for Automation and CSV Project

-To Develop Sales & Marketing Strategy for CQV Project

-To Develop Sales & Marketing Strategy for MEP Project

-Good Understand in digitization and automation solutions (PLC, HMI & SCADA) of Siemens ,Allen Bradely & Mitsubishi

-Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, technical) to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions

-To Develop Collaboratory digitization opportunities for digitization and automation software solutions Like QMS, DMS, TMS, LIMS, EBMR, ELogBook, APQR

-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor activity

-Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customers' business processes and pain points



Sales Engineer-Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Automation and CSV Projects for life Science industry

Sales and Marketing activity for CQV & MEP Project

Good Knowledge in digitization and automation solutions (PLC, HMI & SCADA) of Siemens ,Allen Bradley & Mitsubishi

Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at pharma companies

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase software capabilities

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, technical) to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions

Provide technical support and guidance to customers during implementation and integration


Requirements:


1. 3 to 10 Years Experience in Life Science industry or experience selling Automation and CSV projects

1.1 3 to 10 Years Experience in Life Science industry or experience selling CQV projects

2. Strong knowledge of PLC,HMI and SCADA systems

3. Strong knowledge of QMS, DMS, TMS, LIMS EBMR, ELogBook, APQR

3. Technical background (engineering, computer science, or related field)

4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
