Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, building and maintaining client relationships, and conducting market research to identify new business opportunities. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for preparing sales reports and forecasts and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in market research and analysis
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in the solar energy or related industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
