We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Medical Device Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly within the medical device or dermatology/aesthetics or pharma industry, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As a Medical Device Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals like dermatologist, cosmetologist, plastic surgeons and institutions. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our medical aesthetics device products in the market. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and provide feedback to the product development team to ensure our offerings meet the needs of our customers. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the medical device market, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
