Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving targeted sales goals, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be involved in market research, sales forecasting, and reporting on sales performance.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Management and Leadership
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Strong skills in Market Research, Sales Forecasting, and Reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in real estate or a related industry is a plus
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals
