Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager - Rooms, based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving room sales, managing client accounts, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, developing sales strategies, and regularly coordinating with the operations team to meet revenue targets. The role also entails fostering strong client relationships and ensuring brand standards are upheld to deliver luxury hospitality experiences.

Qualifications

• Expertise in sales strategy development, client relationship management, and driving room sales
• Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and client engagement
• Familiarity with market trends and experience in hospitality sales
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet sales targets
• Knowledge of the luxury hotel market and customer preferences
• A self-motivated individual with a customer-centric approach
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in hotel sales, specifically in room sales, is preferred
