Sales Manager - RMC PLANT

Job Purpose:

To lead and drive sales activities for Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) products, ensuring revenue growth, market expansion, customer acquisition, and retention. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to increase the company’s market share.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, projects, and clients in the construction, infrastructure, and real estate sectors.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, builders, architects, consultants, and government agencies.
• Address client queries, ensure timely delivery, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Market Research & Strategy:
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
• Recommend innovative sales approaches to improve competitiveness.
• Operations Coordination:
• Coordinate with the operations and logistics team to ensure timely supply of RMC.
• Support in resolving quality and service-related issues.
• Team Management:
• Lead and guide the sales team (if applicable).
• Train and motivate team members to achieve business goals.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and periodic performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and credit control guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
