Dispatch Operator - RMC Plant

• Plan, schedule, and monitor the dispatch of RMC to different sites as per customer orders.
• Coordinate with batching plant operators, QA/QC, and drivers for smooth delivery.
• Ensure proper documentation of delivery challans, trip sheets, and related records.
• Track transit mixer movement and delivery status through GPS / log records.
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules and address site-related concerns.
• Optimize fleet utilization and minimize waiting time at plant and site.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and report breakdowns to the transport team.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during dispatch operations.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly dispatch and logistics reports.
• Support operations in achieving customer satisfaction by timely and accurate deliveries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
