Job Description

Key Responsibilities● Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.● Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.● Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.● Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activity to inform sales strategies.● Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, operations, finance) to ensure customersatisfaction● Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline analyses for senior management.● Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability● Maintain accurate records of all sales activity in the CRM system.
