Sales Manager

As an Education Sales Manager your role will be to drive organization's Business strategy from conceptualization to execution, thereby enabling the company to expand its business horizon with its existing as well as new customer base and realize its growth potential.

You will be employing advanced sales strategies and tools to position the educational value and economic impact of our products and services to our customers. You will join a dynamic team in a fast growing market and work closely with local and international educationists.

Role Description:

• Working closely with potential schools, universities, other educational centers, and associates to strategize visits and give Product Demo.
• Arranging 1:1 meetings with School Reps and Principals.
• Working with other outreach professionals to conduct sessions & get direct referrals from the region.
• Develop and build higher level customer relationships within existing accounts as well as finding new customers through prospecting
• Relationship building with Educational Clients for the Promotion and Branding of the Organization.
• Manage education events and meets on physical/virtual platforms.
• Develop and manage a funnel of activities. Document and report sales activities using an advanced CRM system
• Work in sync with the sales team internally for lead generation campaigns.
• The executive will be trained and developed to handle end-to-end sales and marketing operations
• Work in Malad from 9:00am to 6:30pm

Qualifications:

• Effective Communication in English and Customer Service skills
• Experience in sales and/or customer service roles
• Experience in Sales Management and Training is an added advantage
• Candidates must be willing to travel to different cities for exhibitions
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
