Teacher Trainer and Quality Analyst

With both offline and online centers, we strive to provide quality education to our students. We are currently looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Trainer. In this role, you will be responsible for training, demonstrating, and providing feedback to teachers and franchise partners. On-the-job training will be provided for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate the quality of classes and demonstrations conducted by franchise partners. - Conduct dynamic and impactful training workshops for educators in partner schools. - Assess teacher and franchise performance and provide detailed feedback promptly. - Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures, including regular inspections to ensure compliance with standards and regulations. - Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within the organization. This position requires working hours from Monday to Friday, 10 am to 7 pm, and Saturday till 2 pm at our location in Malad West, Mumbai. Qualifications: - Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and achieve results. - Freshers with exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply for this role.
