Job Description Are you passionate about teaching and interested in transforming learning through innovative programs Join Respond Right Education, a pioneer in early childhood right-brain education for children aged 1 to 10 years old. We are looking for individuals who can conduct interactive and engaging classes to foster holistic brain development in young learners. As a part of our team, your responsibilities will include conducting classes that cater to a diverse group of students. You should be able to confidently communicate with both students and parents, ensuring a smooth learning experience. Flexibility is key, as you will be required to travel within the vicinity of Powai, Mulund, and Thane for classes at different locations. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating with parents and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and progress tracking. You will also play a role in administering the formation of batches and enrolling students in the program. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, with proficiency in spoken English being mandatory. A genuine passion for teaching and the ability to engage effectively with learners across different age groups are essential. You should be able to deliver innovative lessons that inspire creativity and critical thinking, with on-the-job training provided to enhance your skills. This position requires you to work on weekdays from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturdays for half a day. The location of work will be in Mulund West, Mumbai. We welcome freshers with a passion for teaching, while experience in teaching, tutoring, or curriculum development would be an advantage.
