Teacher Trainer and Quality Analyst

As a Trainer at Respond Right Education, you will play a crucial role in developing the Right Side of the child's brain through engaging learning environments. Your primary responsibility will be to train, demonstrate, and offer feedback to teachers and franchise partners. On-the-job training is available for this position to help you excel in your role. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate the quality of classes and demonstrations performed by franchise partners. - Conduct dynamic and impactful training workshops for educators in partner schools. - Assess teacher and franchise performance, providing detailed feedback promptly. - Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures, including regular inspections to ensure compliance with standards and regulations. - Cultivate a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within the organization. You will be required to work Monday to Friday from 10 am to 7 pm and on Saturdays until 2 pm at our Malad West location in Mumbai. Qualifications: - Fluent in English with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Capable of working independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and achieve results. - Freshers with outstanding communication skills are encouraged to apply for this role.,
