Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Prayagraj for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will lead all aspects of sales operations, including building and managing a team of insurance advisors, driving sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities will also include identifying market opportunities, conducting sales training, and fostering a high-performance sales culture. Additionally, the Sales Manager will play a key role in developing and maintaining long-term client relationships while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Sales Management, Business Development, and Team Leadership
Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management skills
Proven ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
Organizational and Time Management skills to meet sales targets and deadlines
Experience in the insurance or financial sector is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proactive problem-solving attitude and ability to work in a dynamic environment
