Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including pricing, packaging, and promotional activities.
  
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local market.
  
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and promotional initiatives.
  
• Monitor competitor activities, market conditions, and customer preferences to refine sales approaches.
  
• Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
  
• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to drive productivity and performance.
  
• Ensure adherence to company policies, legal compliance, and documentation standards throughout the sales process.
  

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years

  of proven experience in

  real estate sales

  , preferably in residential or commercial projects.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  
• In-depth knowledge of real estate sales techniques, deal structuring, and customer engagement.
  
• Ability to create and execute successful sales campaigns.
  
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  
• Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution.
