We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales operations in Chikhali, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune . The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth through effective team management and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including pricing, packaging, and promotional activities. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local market. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and promotional initiatives. Monitor competitor activities, market conditions, and customer preferences to refine sales approaches. Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management. Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to drive productivity and performance. Ensure adherence to company policies, legal compliance, and documentation standards throughout the sales process. Key Skills & Qualifications Minimum 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales , preferably in residential or commercial projects. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. In-depth knowledge of real estate sales techniques, deal structuring, and customer engagement. Ability to create and execute successful sales campaigns. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution.
